America's Center
St. Louis' state-of-the-art convention complex. This giant facility covers 32 acres in the heart of downtown St. Louis. The Trans World Dome is the latest expansion of the America's Center and is home to the National Football League's St. Louis Rams. This 70,000 seat, multi-purpose facility provides America's Center with 502,000 square-feet of prime exhibit space. Located at 701 Convention Plaza, call 314-342-5000 for more information.

Anheuser-Busch Brewery Tours
Brewery tours are located at 12th and Lynch. Complimentary tours last one hour and 20 minutes. Tour groups see the World Famous Clydesdale Stables, Brewing Gallery, Packaging Plant, Beechwood Aging Cellar, Newly Renovated Brew House, Bud World Gift Shop, and Hospitality Room. Complimentary tickets are required and are obtained at the Tour Center. Advanced tickets are not available. Groups of 15 or more need reservations. Hours are: Monday - Saturday, 9:00am - 4:00pm. Grant's Farm
A picturesque attraction located on land once farmed by President Ulysses S. Grant and now owned by Anheuser-Busch. Visitors can board a train and ride through a wildlife preserve, visit a petting zoo and the Clydesdale stallion barn. Hardscrabble, a restored cabin built by Grant, is also located on the farm. Open mid-April through October. Admission to both attractions is free, but advance reservations are necessary for Grant´s Farm. Located at 10501 Gravois, call 314-843-1700 for more information.

Aquaport
Summer in Maryland Heights is wet and wild! Aquaport is a 4-acre family aquatic center featuring flume slides, rapid tube ride, racer slides, water slides, lazy river, children's and family pools, lap swimming, and concession area. The facility is located adjacent to I-270 (take Dorsett exit west-follow signs). Open weekdays noon to 8:00pm and weekends 10:00am - 8:00pm.

The St. Louis Art Museum
The Art Museum, one of the few existing buildings from the 1904 World's Fair, is guarded by a 47-foot statue of St. Louis the Crusader after whom the community was named. The museum is well known for its collections of German Expressionist art-housed amid Impressionist, Renaissance, Ancient and Modern works. The St. Louis Art Museum is considered to be among the top ten leading art museums in the country. Admission is free. Hours are Tuesday, 1:30pm - 8:30pm, Wednesday through Sunday, 10:00am - 5:00pm. Busch Stadium
Busch Stadium is located in Downtown St. Louis and is accessible from Walnut, Broadway, Spruce and 7th Streets. This ultra-modern, circular stadium seats over 40,000 and allows unobstructed viewing from every seat. Two multi-level garages provide ample parking for various events. It is home to Major League Baseball's St. Louis Cardinals. Tours are available, 10:00am - 5:00pm; until 11:00pm during events. Closed weekends, December 31 - March 31. Located at 100 Stadium Plaza. Forest Park
Forest Park is a cultural community in itself. The 1,293 acres park, larger that New York's Central Park, is home to the St. Louis Zoo, the St. Louis Art Museum, the Missouri History Museum, the St. Louis Science Center, the Muny, and more. Gateway Arch
St. Louis is well known as the "Gateway to the West", the starting point of America's westward expansion in the 1800's. St. Louis' important role in this period of American History is marked by what may be the most dramatic monument in the country. The elegant Gateway Arch rises 630 feet above the banks of the Mississippi River and gently returns to Earth. Beneath the Arch, the Museum of Westward Expansion offers visitors some insight into the move west and life in St. Louis in the early 1800's. A dramatic film on the construction of the Gateway Arch is featured in the museum's theater. A four-story-tall Odyssey Theater brings Arch visitors a selection of some of the world's most exciting maximum image movies. The Arch was built as a tribute to Thomas Jefferson and the opening of the American West. Savvis Center
The 20,000 seat Savvis Center is home to the National Hockey League's St. Louis Blues, the St. Louis University Billikens basketball team and the St. Louis Ambush indoor soccer team. Laclede's Landing
Laclede's Landing is a nine square block area of the St. Louis Riverfront. 19th century warehouses, which once housed tobacco, cotton and other river-borne commodities, have become a collection of offices, restaurants, shops, galleries and lively clubs, complete with cast-iron street lamps, cobblestone streets and horse-drawn carriages. This renovated and revitalized 19th century warehouse neighborhood hosts dozens of special events each year. Missouri Botanical Gardens
This beautiful 79-acre expanse of trees, gardens and greenhouses is a favorite stop for visitors with an eye for the natural beauty of plant life. Built at the site of the country home of Henry Shaw, a 19th century immigrant to St. Louis who made his fortune outfitting pioneers on their journeys west, the Garden features the largest Japanese Garden in North America. Its 13-1/2 acres are filled with lakes, waterfalls, a traditional teahouse and other authentic Japanese structures. The Climatron, a geodesic domed greenhouse, contains an authentic tropical rain forest. The attached interpretive center teaches visitors about ongoing efforts to preserve the world's rain forests. St. Charles National Historic District
The district stretches 200 to 1000 South Main Street and 1219 South Main Street. This nine-block National Historic District comprises the largest designated district in Missouri. Its brick streets and gaslights are reminiscent of the 1800´s. Lewis & Clark, Daniel Boone and America's pioneers purchased goods and services in St. Charles. The 80 restored buildings date from 1790 to 1900 and include Missouri's First Capitol, circa 1817. St. Louis Science Center
The playground for your head! Explore more than 600 free exhibits on ecology and environment, aviation, technology, human adventures and space sciences. There are life-size animated dinosaurs, and underground tunnel exhibit connecting the two buildings and an outdoor Monsanto Science Park. Other features include an OMNIMAX Theater and a Planetarium. St. Louis Union Station
A standout among the renovation projects of the area is the $135 million St. Louis Union Station. This beautiful Romanesque-style train terminal, which opened in 1894 and was once the busiest passenger rail facility in the nation, saw it's last train leave in 1979. Six years later the renovated complex opened as a festival marketplace. Today, Union Station features newly expanded boutiques, unique shops and an array of restaurants and nightclubs. The station's magnificent Grand Hall is the centerpiece of the restoration project, recapturing the elegance of an earlier time. Located at Market Street, between 18th & 20th Streets. St. Louis Zoo
One of the country's top zoos features the Living World Educational Center which is designed to combine over 150 different species with state-of-the-art technology to explain how nature works. The zoo is set on 83 acres where more than 3,500 animals live in natural settings. UMB Bank Pavillion
