Trained at the Culinary Institute of America in New York, Chef English instantly returned to his roots after graduating, heading up restaurants throughout the South in New Orleans, Tunica and Memphis. Chef Kelly has delivered his flair for French-Creole cuisine to Harrah’s St. Louis by bringing the Gulf flavors to the palates of the Midwest.
